| Abstract | ||||
| تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تيسير الانتفاع بالجزء المحقَّق من المخطوط؛ بغية كشف اللبس وإزالة الإشكال عن كثير من مسائله التي تناولها المؤلف، وفقًا للاعتبارات المنهجية والعلمية المعتمدة في التحقيق؛ من حيث توثيق الأقوال الفقهية، وبيان ما يحتاج منها إلى تعليل، والتعليق على المسائل الفقهية التي تحتاج إلى توضيح، وتخريج الأحاديث من مصادرها المعتبرة مع الحكم عليها، وبيان الكلمات الغريبة من مظانها المعتبرة، وترجمة من يحتاج إلى ترجمة من العلماء والفقهاء والمؤلفات، إلى غير ذلك من متضمنات التحقيق، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن مخطوط طريق الاهتداء يلحق بما يعرف بالمؤلفات المختصرة، ولا يعد من كتب الاختلاف العالي، وأن الشارح مع اعتماده على أمهات الكتب الفقهية في المذهب الحنفي إلا أنه لم يعن كثيرًا بإيراد الأدلة، كما أظهرت الدراسة تمتعه بالدقة والنزاهة في تقرير المسائل الخلافية مع الالتزام بالاختصار، ولم ينفرد في الغالب بتقريرات أو ترجيحات في المسائل التي تناولتها الدراسة، وأوصت الدراسة بإقامة المؤتمرات العلمية التي تعنى بالاهتمام بتراث العلمي للدمنهوري، وعمل مشروع أكاديمي متكامل في تحقيق مخطوطات الإمام. The present study aims to facilitate the use of the edited part of the manuscript in order to remove the confusion about many of its issues, according to the methodological and scientific considerations adopted in the verification process. This process included documenting jurisprudential sayings, adding justification when necessary, commenting on jurisprudential issues that need clarification, referencing hadiths to their sources and showing their degree of authenticity, explaining strange words, and introducing the biographies of some scholars, jurists and authors when need arose. The study concluded that the manuscript is considered one of the abbreviated works, that it is not considered one of the highly controversial books, and that the author, who relied on the main jurisprudential reference books of the Hanafi school, did not care much about providing evidence. The study also showed his accuracy and integrity in discussing controversial issues, while adhering to brevity without favoring any of the opinions on matters of difference. The study recommended holding scientific conferences that care for the academic heritage of Imam Ad-Damanhūri, and establishing an integrated academic project to investigate the manuscripts of the Imam. | ||||
