Abstract | ||||
the research provides a brief overview of chromic materials and their applications in technical textiles. The major types of chromic materials are photochromic, ionochromic, thermochromic, and electrochromic materials, which can change color in response to different external stimuli. To illustrate the significance of ongoing research on high-performance textiles, the article reviews the main chromic materials and their corresponding textile applications. the research provides a brief overview of chromic materials and their applications in technical textiles.
