Abstract | ||||
A simple stochastic epidemic model is developed and investigated for the dynamics of swine flu. The distribution of the number of infected individuals is numerically derived. Some strategies of vaccination are studied to investigate the effectiveness of these strategies to outbreak of the epidemic. The results of numerical solution seem to agree with the historical pattern of swine flu in Egypt. | ||||
