| This paper is devoted to the study of the inverse moments of the positive hypergeometric random variable. Recurrence relations for these moments were obtained for computational purposes. Alternatively an approximation was obtained for the rth moment. A second simple form was given for the inverse moments using the beta approximation. | ||||
