| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع إدارة الأزمات والكوارث بمكتبات جامعة جنوب الوادي، من حيث رصد واقع أداء إدارة المكتبات للأزمات ومنها أزمة كوفيد - 19، والخدمات المقدمة أثناء الجائحة، والتعرف أيضا على واقع تدريب العاملين بالمكتبات مجتمع الدارسة على إدارة الأزمات، والكشف عن التحديات التي واجهتها مكتبات جامعة جنوب الوادي نتيجة الجائحة، وأهم مقترحات مديري المكتبات التي يمكن ان تسهم في رفع مستوى جودة خدمات المكتبات موضوع الدراسة في ظل أزمة كورونا (كوفيد-19)، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لجمع البيانات والمعلومات من خلال إجراء مقابلات شخصية مع بعض العاملين بالمكتبات وقائمة مراجعة موجهة لمديري المكتبات كأدوات لجمع البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: ضعف واقع تأهيل وتدريب العاملين بالمكتبات بخصوص إدارة الأزمات، ولا توجد إدارة للأزمات في جميع مكتبات جامعة جنوب الوادي، ولكن يُتَعَامَل مع الأزمات والكوارث التي قد تحدث بالمكتبة من خلال الاتصال بالجهات ذات العلاقة حسب الموضوع بنسبة 83,2%، كما تبين أن 53% من المكتبات مجتمع الدراسة تقدم خدمات إلكترونية في ظل جائحة كورونا، بينما 47% من المكتبات لم تقدم أي خدمات إلكترونية. وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات منها: ضرورة إنشاء إدارة أو قسم متخصص داخل المكتبة لإدارة الأزمات والكوارث، ضرورة التوسع في توفير مصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية لمواجهة أي تحديات أو أزمات مستقبلية قد تطرأ . The study aimed to identify the reality of crisis and disaster management in the libraries of south valley university. in terms of monitoring the reality of performance of libraries management in crises , including the corona virus (COVID-19) crisis,services provided during the pandemic,Also learn about the reality of training library workers in the study community on crisis management ,uncovering the challenges faced by south valley university libraries as a result of the pandemic ,The most important suggestions of library managers that can contribute to raising the level of quality of library services study topic in light of the corona crisis. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to collect data and information by conducting personal interviews with some librarians and a checklist for library managers as data collection tools, the study reached a set of results the most important of which is: The weakness of the reality of rehabilitation and training of library workers regarding crisis management, there is no crisis management in all south valley university libraries but crises and disasters that may occur in the library are dealt with by contacting the relevant authorities according to the subject by 83% 2. It was found that 53% of the libraries of the study community provide electronic services in light of the corona pandemic, while 47 % of the libraries didn’t provide any electronic services. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: The necessity of establishing a department or specialized section inside the library for crisis and disaster management, the need to expand the provision of electronic information sources to meet any future challenges or crises that may happen. | ||||
