| Abstract | ||||
| يهدف البحث الى الکشف عن علاقة عادات العقل لدى الطالبات المعلمات تخصص تربية أسرية بالأداء التدريسي لهن في التدريب الميداني. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وبناء أداتي البحث المتمثلة في استبيان عادات العقل لقياس مدى استخدام عادات العقل لدى الطالبات المعلمات من وجهة نظرهم، وبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي للطالبة المعلمة من وجهة نظر المشرفين عليهم في التدريب الميداني، وتطبيقها على جميع الطالبات المعلمات المسجلات بمقرر التدريب الميداني والمتخصصات في التربية الأسرية والبالغ عددهن 19 طالبة معلمة. ومن اهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث ان الطالبات المعلمات يستخدمن عادات العقل غالبا کما ان أکثر عادات العقل استخداما اتت على الترتيب: التفکير التبادلي بنسبة بلغت (68.4%)، الإصغاء بتفهم وتعاطف (65.8%) التحکم بالتهور وعدم الاندفاع (63.2%)، وطرح الاسئلة (61.4%). کما کشفت نتائج البحث عن مستوى الأداء التدريسي للطالبات المعلمات من وجهة نظر مشرفة التدريب الميداني حيث احتل محور السمات الشخصية الترتيب الأول بمتوسط حسابي (2.77) وبنسبة تحقق 77.7%، يليه محور (المهارة في عرض الدرس وإدارة الفصل) بمتوسط حسابي (2.74) وبنسبة تحقق 74.3%، ثم (التحصيل العلمي للطالبات وتعزيزه) بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.68) وبنسبة تحقق 67.8%، کما جاء محور (التمکن من المادة العلمية والقدرة على تحقيق أهدافها) في الترتيب الرابع بمتوسط حسابي (2.65) وبنسبة تحقق 66.2%. وتوصل البحث الى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بقيمة (0.662) بين الدرجة الکلية لاستبانة عادات العقل والدرجة الکلية لبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي للطالبات المعلمات، وهذه العلاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.01). بمعنى أنه کلما ارتفع استخدام عادات العقل أدى ذلک إلى ارتفاع الأداء التدريسي للطالبات المعلمات. کما کشف البحث عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطالبات المعلمات في استخدامهن لعادة (المثابرة) وفقاً للتخصص العام للمرحلة الثانوية (علمي ــ أدبي)، لصالح الطالبات المعلمات تخصص (علمي). بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطالبات المعلمات في استخدامهن لباقي عادات العقل يعزى الى التخصص العام للمرحلة الثانوية، کما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطالبات المعلمات في استخدامهن لعادة (التفکير والتواصل بوضوح ودقة) وفقاً للمعدل في الثانوية العامة (جيد جداً ــ ممتاز)، وهذه الفروق لصالح الطالبات المعلمات اللاتي حصلن على معدل (ممتاز) في الثانوية العامة. بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطالبات المعلمات في استخدامهن لباقي عادات العقل، کما انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطالبات المعلمات في استخدامهن لکل عادة من عادات العقل وکذلک للدرجة الکلية لعادات العقل وفقاً للمعدل التراکمي الجامعي. (GPA)و في ضوء النتائج توصي الباحثة بالاهتمام بتنمية عادات العقل في برامج اعداد المعلمين حتى تصبح عادة لدى الطالب المعلم يسهل توظيفها على المدى القريب في التدريب الميداني وعلى المدى البعيد عندما تصبح معلمة .کما تقترح الباحثة بتکرار استخدام أدوات البحث على عينة أکبر للتأکيد على نتائج البحث The aim of the research is to uncover the relationship between the mind habits of family education student teachers and their teaching performance during the field experience period. To achieve this goal, the descriptive correlational approach was used. Two research tools were developed, a questionnaire that assesses to which extent student teachers practiced the habits from their perspective, as well as an observation card for the teaching performance of the teachers from the supervisors’ point of view during the field training. The research tools were applied to all student teachers that enrolled in the field-training course. There were 19 student teachers all together. One of the main findings of the research was that student teachers often practice habits of the mind. The most common habit was respectively, mutual thinking (68.4%), listening with understanding and sympathy (65.8%), managing impulsiveness (63.2%), and asking questions (61.4%). The research results revealed that the level of the performances of the student teachers which was observed by the supervisors were as follows: personal characteristics ranked first with an average score of 2.77 at a rate of 77.7%, followed by teaching skills and classroom management with a score of 2.74 at a rate of 74.3%, positive reinforcement of students’ academic achievements at 3rd with an average of 2.68 at a rate of 67.8%, and finally the knowledgibity of the scientific content and their ability to achieve the goals with an average of 2.65 at a rate of 66.2%.The study concluded that there is a positive correlation (0.662) between the total score of the habits of the mind survey and the total score of the teaching performance observation card. This relation is statistically significant (0.01). In other words, the more often the habitual behaviors were practiced the higher the teaching performance was. The study also revealed that there are statistically significant differences between the student teachers in their use of the persistence habits of the mind depending on their general specialization in high school (science vs art) in favor of the ones that had a scientific high school background. There were no statistically significant differences in the use of the other habits of the mind aside from persistence that related to high school general specialization. There are however statistically significant differences between student teachers in their use of the thinking and communicating clearly habits of the mind depending on their high school averages (very good-excellent). These differences are in favor of the student teachers who obtained an excellent evaluation in high school. It was only limited to those two habits of the mind and no such difference was observed for the rest of the habits of the mind. University GPA also showed no statistically significant differences in the use of the habits of the mind. In the light of the study results, the researcher recommends that it is essential to the development of habits of mind during the program for teacher preparation. This will allow them to be easily employed in the short term as a student teacher as well as the long term when becoming a teacher. | ||||
