Abstract | ||||
The aim of the research is to identify the role of some social programs on satellite channels in developing the dimensions of environmental citizenship among women in Upper Egypt, as well as knowing the extent to which social programs on satellite channels are interested in environmental problems and issues of concern to women. appropriate to test the validity of the hypotheses and answer the research questions, and the results of the research concluded that there is a positive correlation with statistical significance between the role of social programs with satellite channels, and the dimensions of environmental citizenship. Egypt, and in the light of the findings of the research, several recommendations were concluded, the most important of which are: Paying attention to maximizing the role of women in social programs in rationalizing consumption and reducing environmental pollution, as well as allocating programs to raise environmental issues and problems individually to contribute to achieving the environmental dimension at the level of society as a whole.
