| Abstract | ||||
| استهدف هذا البحث التحقق من فاعليَّة البرنامج الإرشادي باستخدام أساليب تعديل السلوك في خفض النشاط الحركي الزائد لدى طفل التَّوحد. وتكونت عينة البحث من (11) طفلًا وطفلةً من أطفال التَّوحد بمركز أمان بشبين الكوم محافظة المنوفية. وتمَّ إعداد أدوات البحث والتي تمثلت في: مقياس المستوى الاجتماعي– الاقتصادي للأسرة المصريَّة. (إعداد عبد العزيز الشخص، 1988)؛ والاستبانة الموزعة على ولي أمر طفل التَّوحد؛ لتحديد المُعززات التي يرغب بها (المأكولات المُفضلة، المشروبات المُفضلة، الألعاب المُفضلة) في البرنامج الإرشادي لتخفيف اضطراب النشاط الحركي الزائد، والذي يعتمد على التدعيم الإيجابي للسلوكيات المرغوبة لطفل التَّوحد. (إعداد الباحثة)؛ ومقياس التعرف على النشاط الحركي الزائد (إعداد الباحثة) والذي تكون من ثلاثة محاور (الاندفاعيَّة، الحركة الزائدة، تشتت الانتباه) ويشتمل على (50) عبارة، وتمَّ حساب صدق وثبات الأدوات وتطبيقها قبليًّا، ثمَّ تطبيقه بعديًّا؛ وأداة معالجة برنامج إرشادي قائم على تخفيف اضطراب النشاط الحركي الزائد لدى طفل التَّوحد (إعداد الباحثة)، واشتمل على ثلاث وعشرين جلسة، وتوصَّلت نتائج البحث إلى أنه: تُوجد فرقٌ دالَّة إحصائيًّا عند مستوى دلالة (≤0,05) بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبيَّة في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لمقياس اضطراب الحركة الزائدة عند طفل التَّوحد لصالح التطبيق القبلي، كما توصَّلت النتائج إلى أن البرنامج الإرشادي القائم على أساليب تعديل السلوك له حجم تأثير كبير في تخفيف اضطراب النشاط الحركي الزائد لدى طفل التَّوحد. كذلك لا تُوجد فروقٌ دالَّة إحصائيًّا عند مستوى دلالة (≤0,05) بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبيَّة في التطبيقين التتبعي والبعدي لمقياس اضطراب الحركة الزائدة عند طفل التَّوحد، وتبين أن للبرنامج أثرًا مستمرًا في تخفيف اضطراب الحركة الزائدة عند طفل التَّوحد. This research aimed to examine the effectiveness of a counseling program based on behavior modification methods in reducing autistic children's hyperactivity. The research sample consisted of (11) male and female autistic children at the Aman Center in Shebin El-Koum, Menoufia Governorate. The research tools were prepared, which were: The Egyptian Family Socio-Economic Status Scale. (Prepared by Abdul Aziz Al-Shakhs, 1988); and a Questionnaire distributed to the autistic child's parents to determine the reinforces he desires (the favorite foods, drinks, and games) to be used in the counseling program to reduce hyperactivity disorder, which is based on positive reinforcement of the desired behaviors of the autistic child. (prepared by the researcher); The Hyperactivity Scale (prepared by the researcher), which consisted of three axes (defensiveness, excessive movement, and distraction) and includes (50) statements. In addition to the counseling program based on behavior modification methods in reducing autistic children's hyperactivity (prepared by the researcher), and it included twenty-three sessions. The research results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-applications of The Hyperactivity Scale among autistic child in favor of the pre-application, and the results also concluded that the counseling program based on behavior modification methods has a significant effect in relieving hyperactivity among the autistic children. Also, there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (≤0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the two follow-up and post-applications of the measure of hyperactivity disorder in an autistic child | ||||
