| Abstract | ||||
| المستخلص : هدفت الدراسة إلى: تحديد استراتيجيات وأدوات التقويم الواقعي المناسبة لأعضاء التدريس بکلية التربية ودرجة ممارستهم لها وأثر بعض المتغيرات على درجة الممارسة. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي, وأداة الاستبانة بعد تحکميها وقياس صدقها الداخلي والخارجي وثباتها(باستخدام معادلة ألفا کرونباخ) لجمع المعلومات, وتکون مجتمع الدراسة من (196) عضو تدريس بکلية التربية بالخرج بجامعة الأمير سطام بن عبدالعزيز استجاب منهم (93) عضواً, ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة: تحديد ستة استراتيجيات وخمسة أدوات للتقويم الواقعي مناسبة لأعضاء التدريس بکلية التربية, وبيان أن المتوسط الحسابي لدرجة ممارسة أعضاء التدريس لاستراتيجيات التقويم الواقعي کانت کبيرة بنسبة (3.74), وأن المتوسط الحسابي لدرجة ممارسة أعضاء التدريس لأدوات التقويم الواقعي کانت متوسطة بنسبة (2.96). وتضمنت الدراسة العديد من التوصيات منها: تضمين توصيف المقررات استراتيجيات التقويم الواقعي وأدواته وتخصيص درجات في کل مقرر مقابل هذه الاستراتيجيات والأدوات وذلک بحسب طبيعة کل مقرر, والاستفادة من قائمة استراتيجية التقويم الواقعي وأدواته وما تضمنته من ممارسات في بناء تقييم ذاتي لعضو التدريس أکثر تفصيلاً وتحديداً في ممارسة هذه الاستراتيجيات والأدوات. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the strategies and tools for authentic assessment suitable for members of the college of education and the degree of their practice and the impact of some variables on the degree of practice. The study used survey descriptive method, the questionnaire tool after arbitration it and measuring its internal and external validity and stability (using Alpha Kronbach equation) to collect information. The study sample consisted of (196) staff members of college of Education at Al-Kharj University, Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University. The most important results of the study are: The identification of six strategies and five tools for authentic assessment suitable for teaching staff in the college of education indicating that the arithmetic mean of the degree of teaching practice of authentic assessment strategies was (3.74) and that the arithmetical mean of the degree of practicing teaching tools for the authentic assessment tools was medium (2.96). The study included several recommendations, including: the description of the courses authentic assessment strategies and tools and the specification of degrees in each course versus these strategies and tools, depending on the nature of each course, and take advantage of the list of authentic evaluation strategy and tools and the included practices in building self-assessment of the member more detailed and specifically Practice these strategies and tools. | ||||
