| المستخلص ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور جدارات ريادة الأعمال في تنمية المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، حيث تم تقسيم جدارات ريادة الأعمال إلى ستة أبعاد أساسية وهى: المبادرة، القيادة، تطوير العلاقات، تنمية الأداء، حل المشكلات، العمل في فريق؛ وطُبقت الدراسة على قطاع النوك التجارية بالقاهرة الكبرى، وأتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد أعتمدت الدراسة على أسلوب العينة العشوائية الطبقية لتحديد حجم العينة، والمتناسبة مع حجم طبقات مجتمع الدراسة، وقد بلغ حجم العينة (382) مفردة، وقد بلغ عدد قوائم الاستقصاء المرتدة 380 استمارة استقصاء، تم استبعاد 32 استمارة استقصاء منها لكونها غير مكتملة الإجابة، وبذلك أصبح عدد الاستمارات الصالحة للتحليل الإحصائي 348 استمارة استقصاء تم إخضاعها جميعها للتحليل الإحصائي. وتوصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن هناك تأثير جوهرى لجدارات ريادة الأعمال بأبعادها (المبادرة، القيادة، تطوير العلاقات، تنمية الأداء، حل المشكلات) على تنمية المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بقطاع البنوك التجارية بالقاهرة الكبرى. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن جدارات ريادة الأعمال تساهم بشكل كبير في تحسين أداء المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ونموها. ولكي تُنافس تلك المشروعات بنجاح على الصعيدين المحلي والعالمي؛ ينبغي أن يكون أصحابها مُجهزين بكفاءات ريادية قويّة خاصةً وأن بيئة الأعمال اليوم أصبحت تتسم بالتنافسية الشديدة. وتحتاج الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة إلى تعزيز جداراتها الريادية باستمرار. Abstract The study aimed to reveal the role of entrepreneurial competencies in the development of small and medium enterprises. Entrepreneurial competencies were divided into six basic dimensions: initiative, leadership, developing relationships, developing performance, solving problems, working in a team; The study was applied to the commercial bank sector in Greater Cairo, and the study followed the analytical descriptive approach. The study relied on the stratified random sampling method to determine the sample size, which is proportional to the size of the strata of the study population. The sample size was (382) single, and the number of survey return lists reached 380 Survey form, 32 survey forms were excluded because they were incomplete, bringing the number of valid forms for statistical analysis to 348, all of which were subjected to statistical analysis. The study has reached a set of results, the most important of which is that there is a fundamental impact of entrepreneurship in its dimensions (initiative, Leadership, Relationship Development, Performance Development, problem solving) on the development of small and medium enterprises in the commercial banking sector in Greater Cairo. The study also found that entrepreneurship walls contribute significantly to improving the performance and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises. In order for these projects to compete successfully at the local and global levels, their owners should be equipped with strong entrepreneurial competencies, especially since the business environment today has become very competitive. Small and medium-sized enterprises need to constantly strengthen their entrepreneurial qualities. | ||||
