| Abstract | ||||
| يهدف هذا البحث إلي تسليط الضوء علي المشكلات العمالية ولا سيما البطالة في مضابط مجلسى الأمة والشعب في الفترة من 1957-1980؛ لما لها من تأثير كبير على المجتمعات باختلاف مستوياتها؛ ولذلك ناقش نواب البرلمان الكثير من المشكلات التى واجهت العمال فى مختلف الصناعات للوقوف على حلها وتأهيل هؤلاء العمال ليعملوا فى حرف أخرى, كتأهيل عمال الطرابيش فى صناعة القبعات وصناعات أخري حفظا لهم من البطالة, كما اهتمت الدولة بالعمال الموسميين وطالبت باستمرارهم فى أعمالهم طوال العام تحقيقا للعدالة الاجتماعية, بالاضافة إلى الدور الذى قامت به وزارة الشئون الإجتماعية بصرف تعويض البطالة للأسر المتعطلين بسبب نكسة 1967, كما قامت الحكومة بالعديد من الإجراءات للحد من مشكلة البطالة عن طريق إنشاء مكاتب التخديم لتسجيل أسماء المتعطلين وحركة استخدامهم فى القطاعين الحكومى والأهلى, فضلا عن الدور الذى قامت به التأمينات الإجتماعية مع وزارة القوى العاملة من خلال تطبيق التأمينات الإجتماعية علي العمال المؤقتين لتوفير فرص عمل دائمة0 This research aims to shed light on labor problems, especially unemployment, in the offices of the National Assembly and people's period from 1957-1980, because of its great impact on societies at different levels. Therefore, Parliament representatives discussed many of the problems that workers faced in various industries in order to determine their solution and qualify them. These workers are to work in other trades, such as training fez workers in hat making and other industries so that they are not exposed to unemployment. The state also paid attention to seasonal workers and demanded that they continue their work throughout the year in order to achieve social justice, in addition to the role played by the Ministry of Social Affairs in disbursing unemployment compensation to unemployed families due to the setback of 1967. The government also took many measures to reduce the problem of unemployment by establishing service offices to register names. The unemployed and their employment in the governmental and private sectors, as well as the role played by Social Insurance with the Ministry of Manpower through the application of Social Insurance to temporary workers to provide permanent job opportunities. | ||||
