| Background: Knee Total knee replacement may be necessary in patients with osteoarthritis, a degenerative joint disease characterised by the increasing degradation of articular cartilage, disability, and a decline in health-related quality of life. Patients' physical and mental health, as well as their overall wellbeing, must be evaluated after joint replacement surgery. For this reason, a number of scores were created.. Objective: This The purpose of this study is to examine the physical condition (pain, function, posture, and gait), and quality of life (comfort, contentment), of patients with severe osteoarthritis who were candidates for total knee arthroplasty.Conclusions: most complete knee arthroplasty has been shown to enhance both patient outcomes and quality of life, according to the majority of studies.
