Abstract | ||||
The readymade garment industry plays a major role in the global economy, and the development of this industry has been linked to modern technology that appears in our daily life. Many studies have dealt with the uses of Ultrasonic in many fields, including the garment industry because of its future importance in reducing consumption and reducing waste of materials (threads) during the knitting process, and this research aims to how to take advantage of Ultrasonic sewing as an alternative to sewing. Conventional coupling ، In sewing leather garment materials, Ultrasonic sewing using Bonding tape was applied to two types of synthetic leather (imitation leather with a rubber ratio / imitation leather without rubber) and laboratory tests were performed to measure (tensile strength and elongation of sewing / sewing hardness / water permeability / permeability) Air) from sewing, and comparing it to traditional sewing (flat SSA-1 overlapping LSC2) on synthetic leather. The study found that Ultrasonic sewing has a high tensile strength, in addition to that the piece of garment is less permeable to air and water compared to traditional sewing, which allows air and water permeability to a large extent. The research paper also urges factories to pursue Ultrasonic sewing technology and develop these technologies to help provide auxiliary materials and reduce environmental waste that results from traditional sewing. The research problem (about the extent to which Ultrasonic sewing can be used to enrich the functional side of leather garments? The effect of Ultrasonic sewing on synthetic leather materials? | ||||
