Abstract | ||||
In the current study, the influence of heat treatment on the structural, electrical, optical, and dielectric properties of Nd0.7Ca0.3MnO3 compound has been examined. Heat treatment affects structural, electrical, optical, and dielectric properties. XRD results showed that the crystallinity decreased with increasing the annealing temperature. While the other crystal parameters increase. All samples have semiconductor behavior. Urbach energy has been investigated. The dispersion parameters are obtained using single-oscillator models. | ||||
