Abstract | ||||
Hotels share the same goal of having employees with expertise that meets the hotel's diverse needs. This study aims to measure the impact of recruitment systems on the performance and loyalty of employees in the food and beverage department in some Jordanian hotels, where the descriptive approach was relied upon in the reference review of the research topic, and the analytical approach in the field study and analysis of primary data. The study population consists of some four- and five-star hotels in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, from which 45 hotels were selected as a random probability sample. The study relied on the survey method, and the survey forms were directed to managers and supervisors in the hotels’ food and beverage departments. The study concluded that some of the hotels in the study sample have Clear strategies for the recruitment process, based on equal opportunities, which leads to obtaining highly qualified workers and increasing the loyalty rate. The study recommended the launch of a national professional and administrative skills and competencies bank for the tourism and hotel sector in Jordan to raise the competitiveness of the tourism and hotel sector. | ||||
