| Abstract | ||||
| The research has targeted the study of the role of costs in computing subsides and Dumping that the national products has been exposed to in a cleaner production technology environment. The research in generally has dealed with the relation between costs, subsidies and Dumping, the clarification of dimensions and problems and the role that the costs can perform in this section for solving the problems of competitive pressures of the national products between countries to increase the economic incomes and avoid the negative effects on the environment and achieve a well counting economy .where the establishments go for using what is called the cleanest production as whole strategy to decrease the cost and improve the environmental in the same time conditions and therefore it achieve the industrial progress and the sustainable protection for the environment, therefore this study seeks to high how the cleaner production contribution on supporting the establishments accounting costs, the research has been done on same companies and showed existence of the role of costs in computing subsidies and dumping that products are exposed to in light of the cleaner production technology environment.
