| Abstract | ||||
| This study aims to know the extent of the application of corporate governance in EgyptAir, by conducting personal interviews with a random sample of about 25 people from managers and employees of the various companies affiliated with the Holding Company for EgyptAir, in order to find out their opinions and viewpoints on the extent of application. Effective corporate governance in EgyptAir during the months of September and October 2023. This study found that there is a lack of awareness among new employees about corporate governance at EgyptAir, while there is awareness about corporate governance among managers in companies. it provides organizations with an organizational structure that can To achieve its goals in the best possible ways, governance also works to spread transparency in all the actions of organizations in a way that contributes to creating a relationship that is characterized by clarity in all dealings. It also works to tighten control over all joints of the organization, and encourages better exploitation of human and material resources.In light of these results, a number of recommendations have been put forward that may contribute to activating the role of corporate governance in improving the company’s performance, the most important of which is the necessity of programs to educate employees about governance and its importance in simplifying work procedures and speeding up the completion of transactions to the extent that does not allow the employee to easily violate the system. | ||||
