| Abstract | ||||
| الملخـص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة العمل المؤسسي وأثره في فاعلية الخطاب الدعوي ؛ وذلك حتى يتسنى الوقوف على ما للعمل المؤسسي من مميزات وخصائص لها الأثر البالغ في قوة ونشاط وحيوية وفاعلية الخطاب الدعوي , وذلك في تعلق هذا الخطاب وتلك الفاعلية باختيار الدعاة من جانب , وتكوينهم من جانب آخر , فضلا عن أثر ذلك العمل المؤسسي وكذا الثقافة المؤسسية في تعزيز وقوة وفاعلية الخطاب الدعوي . وقد اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج التحليلي والوصفي ، فقمت بتحليل النصوص والأدلة المتعلقة بالموضوع , و استخلصت منها ما يخدمه , فضلا عن التوصيف الصحيح لكلٍ من المؤسسية والفاعلية وما يتعلق بهما . وتنقسم الدراسة إلى مبحثين , أحدهما عن : تميّز العمل المؤسسي في اختيار الدعاة وإعدادهم , والثاني عن : أثر كيان العمل المؤسسي في فاعلية الخطاب الدعوي . وقد انتهت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أهمها: قوة الترابط والعلاقة بين الفاعلية الماثلة في العمل المؤسسي من جانب , وفاعلية الخطاب الدعوي من جانب آخر , وأن تلك الفاعلية لهذا الخطاب المنوط بها هم الدعاة في المقام الأول , كما يظهر من خلال الدراسة أيضا فاعلية وأثر وتأثير الإدارة الناجحة , بكل مقوماتها وأعضائها ومسئوليها ؛ إذ عن طريقها يتم : التوجيه , والرقابة , والتخطيط , والتنظيم , وتلك أصول وظيفية رئيسية في العمل المؤسسي في أي مؤسسة كانت , وفضلا عن هذا كله توصلت الدراسة إلى بيان تكامل العلوم في ما بينها , ويتمثل هذا في التكامل والترابط بين العمل المؤسسي وإدارته من ناحية , وعلم الدعوة في تعلقه بالخطاب الدعوي من ناحية أخرى, وأخيرا ألمحت الدراسة في نتائجها إلى ضرورة أن يتسم الخطاب الدعوي – حالة طرحه- بالفاعلية والحيوية ؛ إذ هي الجاذبة للمدعو والمؤثرة فيه بلا شك. Summary: This research aims to study institutional work and its impact on the effectiveness of advocacy discourse. This is so that it is possible to identify the advantages and characteristics of institutional work that have a significant impact on the strength, activity, vitality and effectiveness of the advocacy discourse, and that is in relation to this discourse and that effectiveness to the selection of preachers on the one hand, and their formation on the other hand, in addition to the impact of that institutional work as well as the institutional culture in strengthening The strength and effectiveness of advocacy discourse. In this research, I followed the analytical and descriptive approach. I analyzed the texts and evidence related to the subject, and extracted from them what serves it, as well as the correct description of both institutionalism and effectiveness and what is related to them. The study is divided into two sections, one of which is about: the distinctiveness of institutional work in selecting and preparing preachers, and the second is about: the impact of the institutional work entity on the effectiveness of advocacy discourse. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are: the strength of the interconnection and relationship between the effectiveness present in institutional work on the one hand, and the effectiveness of the advocacy discourse on the other hand, and that the effectiveness of this discourse entrusted to the preachers in the first place, and the study also shows the effectiveness The impact and impact of successful management, with all its components, members and officials; Through it, it is done: Direction, control, planning, and organization, and these are major functional assets in institutional work in any institution, and in addition to all of this, the study reached a statement of the integration of sciences among them, and this is represented in the integration and interconnection between institutional work and its management on the one hand, and the science of advocacy in its connection The advocacy discourse on the other hand. Finally, the study indicated in its results the need for the advocacy discourse - when presented - to be characterized by effectiveness and vitality.
