Abstract
المستخلص : هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور عمادة شؤون الطلاب في جامعة جازان في تعزيز فهم الطلاب للتنمية المستدامة. لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال التعرف الواقع بعرض الإحصائيات التي أعدتها الجامعة، واستطلاع آراء طلابها من خلال استجابتهم على الاستبانة المعدة لهذا الغرض، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية من الطلاب والطالبات المنسوبين للجامعة، عددهم (1143) طالبًا وطالبةً، بواقع (680) طالبةً و(463) طالبًا، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن الجامعة تقوم بعدد من الأنشطة والبرامج والفعاليات والمسابقات الموجهة لتعزيز مفاهيم التنمية المستدامة لدى طلابها، وقد حضرها (19292) مستفيدًا في مجال النشاط البدني والترويحي، وحضرها (605) مستفيدًا في مجال تطوير الكفاءات وحضرها (128) طالبًا، و(33) من منسوبي الجامعة في برامج تطوعية، وفي مجال الأنشطة الرياضية والتنافسية الداخلية المسابقات الجماعية حضرها (102) مستفيدًا، والمسابقات الفردية حضرها (144) مستفيدًا، كما بينت النتائج أن المتوسط العام لدور عمادة شؤون الطلاب في جامعة جازان في تعزيز فهم الطلاب للتنمية المستدامة هو (3.53)، أي أنه أتى بدرجة أوافق، أي أنه مرتفع أكثر من متوسط، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تم وضع عدد من التوصيات من أهمها: اهتمام وزارة التعليم بتدريب القيادات العليا في الجامعات السعودية على تفعيل أنشطة وفعاليات وبرامج أكاديمية وإثرائية موجهة لتعزيز مفهوم التنمية المستدامة. وتطبيق برامج تشاركية بين الجامعات السعودية موجهة لتعزيز مفهوم التنمية المستدامة والاستفادة من الخبرات والتجارب العالمية في تطبيق هذه البرامج للاستفادة من أكبر قدر من الخبرات المحلية والعالمية. Abstract: The aim of the research is Identifying the role of the Deanship of Student Affairs at Jazan University in enhancing students' understanding of sustainable development. The descriptive approach was used by identifying reality by presenting the statistics prepared by the university and surveying the opinions of its students through their response to the questionnaire prepared for this purpose. A random sample of male and female students affiliated with the university was chosen. Their number was (1143) male and female students, with (680) female students and (463) male students. The results concluded: The university carries out a number of activities, programmes, events and competitions aimed at promoting the concepts of sustainable development among its students. It was attended by (19292) beneficiaries in the field of physical and recreational activity. It was attended by (605) beneficiaries in the field of competencies development. It was attended by (128) students and (33) university employees in voluntary programmes. In the field of internal sports and competitive activities, the group competitions were attended by (102) beneficiaries, and the individual competitions were attended by (144) beneficiaries. The results showed that the overall mean for the role of the Deanship of Student Affairs at Jazan University in enhancing students' understanding of sustainable development is (3.53), meaning that it came with a degree of agreement, that is, it is higher than average. A number of recommendations were made, the most important of which are: The Ministry of Education is interested in training senior leaders in Saudi universities to activate activities, events, and academic and enrichment programs aimed at promoting the concept of sustainable development. And the application of participatory programs between Saudi universities aimed at promoting the concept of sustainable development and benefiting from global expertise and experience in applying these programs to benefit from the largest amount of local and international expertise.
