| Abstract | ||||
| The research aimed to measure the degree of satisfaction of beneficiaries with the services provided by the civil society organization, determine the factors affecting the degree of satisfaction of beneficiaries with the services provided by the civil society organization, and finally identify the problems faced Beneficiaries to obtain activities and their suggestions for solving them. The research was based on the social survey method for a simple random sample of (70) beneficiaries of a civil society association in the Arab Al-Hissar el-qblia village in Giza Governorate. The data was collected in December 2022, and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, frequency tables, weighted average, relative weight, and Pearson’s simple correlation coefficient and Step-wise multiple regression analysis method to analyze the research data. The results showed that: Awareness of the organization's activities was average, with 57.1% of beneficiaries knowledgeable. The efficiency of the organization's employees was average, at 60.1%. In addition, beneficiary satisfaction with services was high at 85.3%. There were significant correlations between awareness, degree of benefit, employee efficiency, and satisfaction. These variables explained 71.4% of the variance in satisfaction. The main problems faced in obtaining services were difficulty accessing information to benefit from services, accessing the educational website, and finding qualified professors. | ||||
