Abstract: VoIP represents the future of digital voice communications and many carriers are preparing for the VoIP revolution. However, a number of outstanding issues need to be settled. The most important are security, compression, packet size optimization, quality of service and performance in heterogeneous networks. We have addressed all of these issues [1,2,3,4] and here we summarise our key findings in each of these areas. | ||||
