Abstract | ||||
The impact of natural and human disasters on the displacement of citizens and their transformation from civilians with rights to refugees looking for the most basic rights and the extent of the link between the disaster and the size of the geographical/social/urban transformation and its impact on the urban development in the host country The absence of an optimal method for planning environmentally friendly ecological settlements to achieve sustainable development goals in countries hosting refugees from natural and human pandemics, for them to be an effective model for dealing with disasters and those affected around the world in containing crises. In case of no decision is made regarding the response to these disasters and crises, we will be heading to negative Adaptation strategies which is Living with the lowest available supplies for long periods and accepting them despite the needs and the lack of food, medicine and clothes, what is being addressed here is Displacement and its difference from Migration and Planned Relocations and How Hosting Countries governments should act toward this.
