Abstract | ||||
This research aims to Identifying the availability of Quality of working life dimensions and organizational cynicism dimensions among Employees in the General Organization of Culture Palaces. This research also aims to study the impact of Quality of working life on organizational Cynicism. The research was conducted on a random sample of the organization’s employees, consisting of (371) individuals. In collecting data, the researcher relied on the survey method. The data was analyzed using statistical analysis program (SPSS). The results of the research found that there is a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of the quality of work life on organizational cynicism in the General organization for Cultural Palaces. Where each of (general welfare – Home work interface- Job and Career satisfaction - control at work - working conditions) has an adverse effect on organizational cynicism. While the dimension (stress at work) has a direct effect on organizational cynicism. | ||||
