Abstract | ||||
The study aimed to test the impact of green human resources management practices in its five dimensions: green employment, green training and development, green performance evaluation, green compensation and motivation systems, energy conservation in the sustainable development of a group of employees, and how green human resources management can make sustainable development possible. Existing institutional work, and the research started from a main hypothesis to explore the relationship and influence between the research variables by analyzing the answers of the research sample, which included 45 male and female employees at Mopco Company. Data and information were collected using a survey list, as well as the field presence of the two researchers, and the data was analyzed using Statistical program (SPSS) and a set of statistical methods. The study found a significant impact of green human resources management practices on achieving sustainable development and how green human resources management can make sustainable development possible | ||||
