Abstract | ||||
The game of musical chairs, in its traditional version, is based on the logic of exclusion and the dedication of self-love and selfishness, and in its modified version, it focuses on the concept of partnership, cooperation, and mutual support. Accordingly, this paper aims, through the use of a set of relevant indicators and statistics, to: present the game in its original and modified versions in general; Reviewing some studies that used the logic of the game of musical chairs in various fields; Providing a reading about the global conflict over mineral wealth, by using the game of musical chairs logic in its original and modified versions, and highlighting the relative importance of mineral resources in the Arab Nation represented by those mineral resources that must be in form, grade and quantity of economic importance for their extraction. This study concluded that the world is still using the traditional version of the game of musical chairs in order to obtain mineral resources; the Arab nation must playing the game according to the modified version that will give it a stronger economic presence and deeper development in the map of global competition. It presented a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: establishing the Organization of Arab Producers and Exporters States of Mineral Resources; establishing the Arab Center for Research, Surveys and New Discoveries of Mineral Resources, and finally entering into various partnerships with countries that have extensive experience in this field and from a win-win logic. | ||||
