| Abstract | ||||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الضغوطات النفسية لدى قادة الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها : آراء وحلول، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج النوعي، وقامت الباحثة بإجراء مقابلات مع (20) عضو هيئة تدريس من الجامعات الأردنية. وأظهرت نتائج هذه المقابلات أن القادة قدموا مجموعة من الآراء والحلول للتغلب على الضغوطات النفسية لدى قادة الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها, شملت: إشباع الحاجات الأساسية لدى القيادات التربوية من خلال إثراء البيئة ورقي الخدمات التي تقدم لهم في المجالات الصحية والاجتماعية والتعليمية والنفسية مع حسن إدارة الوقت والاستفادة منه, إتباع أساليب واستراتيجيات وطرق عديدة تبعد عن القادة الخطر النفسي بأنواعه وتجعلهم في حالة من التوازن النفسي والبيئي, مواجهة المخاوف والاضطرابات الناتجة من الضغوط الشخصية التي يتعرض لها القادة في بيئة العمل بكل مرونة, تكوين اتجاهات إيجابية نحو الضغوطات النفسية واعتبارها حدث طبيعي يحدث في بيئات العمل المختلفة, محاولة تحقيق الأمن النفسي لدى القادة في الجامعات وشيوع ثقافة الأمن والأمان كمطلب أساسي. وأوصت الدراسة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات المتعلقة بالضغوطات النفسية في الجامعات الأردنية وربطها بمتغيرات أخرى. The study aimed to identify the psychological pressures of the leaders of Jordanian universities from the point of view of members The teaching staff in it: opinions and solutions, and the study adopted the qualitative approach, and the researcher conducted interviews with (20) A faculty member from Jordanian universities. The results of these interviews showed that the leaders offered a range of opinions and solutions to overcome psychological stressors Leaders of Jordanian universities from the point of view of faculty members, including: Satisfying basic needs The educational leaders through enriching the environment and upgrading the services provided to them in the health fields Social, educational and psychological, with good time management and utilization Adopting many methods, strategies, and methods that keep leaders away from all kinds of psychological danger and put them in a state of anxiety Psychological and environmental balance Facing fears and disorders resulting from the personal pressures he is exposed to Leaders in the work environment with flexibility, forming positive attitudes towards psychological stress and considering it a normal occurrence It takes place in different work environments, trying to achieve psychological security among leaders in universities and the spread of a culture of security Security as a fundamental requirement. The study recommended conducting more studies related to psychological stress in Jordanian universities and linking them with other variables. | ||||
