| Abstract | ||||
| ملخص البحث : تعتبر فن الرسوم المتحركة من أهم الفنون فهي من وسائل الاتصال الحديثة، والتي يظهر دورها الإيجابي في قضايا التغيير الاجتماعي والثقافي مثل (القيم والمعتقدات والاتجاهات والمواقف والآراء) وما شابه ذلك، وتتجلى أهمية الرسوم المتحركة من خلال قدرتها التأثيرية الكبيرة على المتلقي (المشاهد)، نظراً لما تتمتع به تلك الوسيلة الاتصالية من خصائص وسمات تميزها عن باقي الفنون ووسائل التواصل الأخرى المعتمدة على الفنون مثل ( الرسم والنحت ) وغيرها. فهي تمتاز باحتوائها على الصوت والصورة والحركة ،فهي تخاطب أكثر من حاسة لدي المتلقي. كذلك فهي أكثر جاذبية لجمهور الاطفال من ذوى الهمم (الاحتياجات الخاصة )، وذلك بحكم استخدامها للمؤثرات الصوتية واستيعابها لمختلف الفنون من موسيقى ورسم وحركة . كذلك تمتاز بقدرتها علي معالجة أكثر من قضية أو موضوع في الفيلم الواحد. فهي تعتبر أداة فعالة في عملية التوعية والتثقيف في مختلف مناحي الحياة بما في ذلك قضايا ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة. يعرض البحث دور افلام الرسوم المتحركة في معالجة قضايا ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة و تدعو الى انخراط تلك الفئة من الاطفال في حياة المجتمع العامة، وإخراجهم من عزلتهم. كذلك يلقى الضوء على ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة ، وتفند انواع الاعاقة ، وتدعوهم الى اندماج المعاق مع بيئته ومحيطه الاجتماعي، وتدعو المجتمع ومؤسساته المختلفة للتفاعل مع المعاق وتقبله بشكل عام حتى لو كان ذلك بصورة غير مباشرة. Abstract: The art of animation is considered one of the most important arts, as it is one of the modern means of communication, which shows its positive role in issues of social and cultural change such as (values, beliefs, trends, positions, opinions) and the like. The importance of animation is evident through its great influence on the recipient (viewer), due to Because this means of communication has characteristics and characteristics that distinguish it from other arts and other means of communication that rely on the arts, such as (Painting, sculpture, etc. It is characterized by containing sound, image and movement, as it addresses more than one sense of the recipient. It is also more attractive to an audience of children of determination (special needs), due to its use of sound effects and its understanding of various arts, such as music, drawing, and movement. It is also distinguished by its ability to address more than one issue or topic in one film. It is considered an effective tool in the process of awareness and education in various aspects of life, including issues of people with special needs. The research presents the role of animated films in addressing the issues of people with special needs and calls for the involvement of this group of children in the general life of society, and bringing them out of their isolation. It also sheds light on people with special needs, refutes the types of disabilities, calls on them to integrate the disabled person with his environment and social environment, and calls on society and its various institutions to interact with the disabled and accept him in general, even if that is indirectly. | ||||
