| Abstract | ||||
| الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى درجة الولاء التنظيمي تجاه مهنة التدريس لدى معلمي المدارس البدوية شمال الخط الأخضر، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وقد تم توزيع استبانة على عينة تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية لمجتمع الدراسة، قوامها (130) معلمًا، بما نسبته (27%) من مجتمع الدراسة، ومن أهم النتائج: يتضح من الجدول السابق أن إلى أن الدرجة الكلية للولاء التنظيمي تجاه مهنة التدريس لدى معلمي المدارس البدوية شمال الخط الأخضر، جاءت بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط حسابي (4.13) ونسبة مئوية (82.7)، وهي نسبة مرتفعة، حيث جاء الولاء التنظيمي العاطفي بالمرتبة الأولى بنسبة مئوية (90%) ومتوسط حسابي (4.5) يليها الولاء التنظيمي الأخلاقي، بنسبة مئوية (85.6%) بمتوسط حسابي (4.28)، أما المرتبة الاخيرة فقد جاء الولاء التنظيمي المستمر بنسبة مئوية (72.6%). وقد أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها: تحقيق العدالة بين جميع المعلمين، اهتمام الإدارة بتطوير المعلمين، وإعدادهم الإعداد الصحيح، وفسح المجال لإبداعهم في العمل. على الإدارة تلبية احتياجات المعلمين، وتقليل الضغوط عليهم، خلق الثقة المتبادلة بين الإدارة والمعلمين وتقليل التوتر والقلق بينهم، زيادة قنوات الاتصال بين الإدارة والمعلمين، المحافظة على الحوافز المادية والمعنوية للمعلمين. Abstract: The study aimed at the degree of organizational loyalty towards the teaching profession of Bedouin school teacher's north of the Green Line, using the descriptive-analytical method. A questionnaire was distributed to a randomly selected sample of the school community totalling 130 teachers which constitutes 27% of the school community. One of the most important findings: the previous table shows that the overall degree of organizational loyalty towards the teaching profession of Bedouin school teachers north of the Green Line, came with a high average arithmetic (4.13) and a percentage of (82.7), a high proportion, where emotional organizational loyalty came first by a percentage (90%). My average account (was 4.5) followed by ethical organizational loyalty, with a percentage (of 85.6%) with my average account (4.28), The best rank was continued organizational loyalty with a percentage of (72.6%). The study recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which was to achieve justice among all teachers, the Department's interest in teacher development, and their proper preparation. And give way to their creativity in action. The Department should meet teachers' needs and reduce pressure on them, create mutual trust between the Department and teachers, reduce tension and anxiety among them, increase communication channels between the Department and teachers, and finally maintain the material and moral incentives for teachers. | ||||
