| مستخلص البحث: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الاهتمام بأحد الجوانب الإيجابية للسلوك كجزء من اهتمامات علم النفس الإيجابي و إلى معرفة الإسهام النسبي لكل من التسامح والامتنان في التنبؤ بالهناء الشخصي لدى طلاب كلية الاقتصاد المنزلي ، جامعة المنوفية، والتحقق من وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين كل من التسامح والامتنان من ناحية والهناء الشخصي من ناحية أخرى، وذلك لدى عينة من طلاب كلية الاقتصاد المنزلي جامعة المنوفية بلغ عددهم (320) طالب وطالبة من طلاب الفرقة الثالثة بكلية الاقتصاد المنزلي جامعة المنوفية خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الجامعي (2023-2024).ولتحقيق ذلك تم إعداد مقياس التسامح، ومقياس الامتنان، ومقياس الهناء الشخصي، وقد أسفر البحث الحالي عن النتائج التالية وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية (موجبة) دالة إحصائيا عند مستوي 0.01 بين التسامح ككل والهناء الشخصي ككل، وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية (موجبة) دالة إحصائيا عند مستوي 0.01بين الامتنان ككل والهناء الشخصي ككل، التنبؤ بالهناء الشخصي من خلال الدرجة الكلية لقياس التسامح، التنبؤ بالهناء الشخصي من خلال الدرجة الكلية لقياس الامتنان. The present research aims to identify the relative contribution of both tolerance and gratitude in predicting personal well-being among students of the Faculty of Home Economics at Menoufia University, and to verify the existence of a correlational relationship between each of tolerance and gratitude on the one hand and personal well-being on the other, among a sample of (320) third-year students from the Faculty of Home Economics at Menoufia University. To achieve this, the tolerance scale, gratitude scale, and personal well-being scale were developed. The present research revealed the following results: - There is a statistically significant (positive) correlational relationship at the 0.01 level between overall tolerance and overall personal well-being. - There is a statistically significant (positive) correlational relationship at the 0.01 level between overall gratitude and overall personal well-being. - Predicting personal well-being through the total score of the tolerance scale.
