| تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر القيادة الأصيلة والدعم التنظيمي على أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعات صعيد مصر. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم جمع البيانات باستخدام الأستبيان من عينة مكونة من 400 عضو هيئة تدريس. وكانت الأداة المستخدمة عبارة عن استبيان تم توزيعه عبر Google Form بناءً على مقياس ليكرت. وفي الوقت نفسه، تم الحصول على اختبار الفرضيات بناءً على نتائج اختبار الانحدار وتحليل الارتباط الخطي. أشارت النتائج إلى أن كلا من القيادة الأصيلة والدعم التنظيمي لهما تأثير إيجابي كبير على أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس. تسلط هذه النتائج الضوء على أهمية القيادة الأصيلة والدعم التنظيمي في تعزيز أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس وتوضح النتائج المترتبة للقادة الأكاديميين وصانعي السياسات لتعزيز ممارسات القيادة الأصيلة والدعم التنظيمي في الجامعات المصرية. This study aims to measure the effect of authentic leadership and organizational support on academic staff's performance in upper Egypt universities. A descriptive analytical approach was employed, and data were collected using a survey questionnaire from a sample of 400 academic staff members. The instrument used was a questionnaire distributed via Google Form based on the Likert scale. At the same time, hypothesis testing is obtained based on the results of the regression test and Linear correlation analysis. The findings indicated that both authentic leadership and organizational support had a significant positive effect on academic staff's performance. These findings highlight the importance of authentic leadership and organizational support in enhancing academic staff's performance and provide implications for academic leaders and policymakers to promote authentic leadership and organizational support practices in Egyptian Universities | ||||
