Abstract | ||||
The research aimed to identify the overall degree of respondents’ behavior level related to the olive crop value chain stages through identifying the degree of knowledge, attitude, and implementation of good practices for the olive crop, as well as identifying personal characteristics of respondents and their relationship to the overall degree of the level of behavior of them related to the stages of the value chain of the olive crop. The research was conducted in Ras Masla village in Ras Sidr district for a simple random sample of 145 respondents, data are collected by questionnaire, and relationships are measured by simple correlation coefficient, chi-square, and multiple correlation and regression analysis models. The results revealed that: - 91.0% of the respondents’ behavior related to olive crop value chain stages range between low and medium level. -There is a significant correlation at 0.01. Four variables explained 50.7% of the variance. | ||||
