Abstract | ||||
This study aims to provide proposals to enhance the environmental performance of these departments, through the use of modern and innovative technologies. This can be achieved by adopting strategies based on sustainability, and enhancing environmental awareness among employees and the public, as improving the environmental efficiency of environmental departments is crucial in the face of increasing environmental crises and disasters.The study reached a set of results, namely: One of the most important aspects of improving environmental efficiency is improving waste management, through implementing effective waste separation and recycling systems. Efficiency can also be enhanced by adopting the use of clean, renewable energy, which reduces carbon emissions and enhances environmental sustainability. Efficiency can be enhanced by developing the capabilities and skills of employees in environmental departments, by providing continuous training and updating on the latest information and technologies. Based on these results, the study recommended that improving the environmental efficiency of environmental departments depends on a group of interconnected factors, including environmental awareness, the use of modern technology, and the development of human skills. These joint efforts may contribute significantly to confronting environmental challenges and reducing potential disasters in the future. | ||||
