Abstract | ||||
The research problem focuses on identifying the social and economic characteristics of participants in private insurance funds and evaluating the role of these funds in achieving sustainable development and improving the quality of life in communities. This is done through using an inductive and deductive approach, designing a questionnaire, and verifying the validity and reliability of the questionnaire for use in a random research sample. The research hypothesis was addressed, and the results were analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed that most participants are males and reside in rural areas, with a small percentage living in urban areas. The data indicated that married individuals constitute most of the sample, followed by widows and then divorced individuals, and they succeeded in implementing projects funded by the insurance fund after completing their service period. Based on the results, it is necessary to enhance measures that promote participation in insurance funds and encourage participants to implement projects that contribute to achieving sustainable development. Financial support and training should also be provided to participants to increase the success rate of their projects and raise awareness of the importance of investing in funds to achieve economic and social sustainability for communities. Conclusion Based on the results and recommendations provided, this research demonstrates the importance of the role of insurance funds in achieving sustainable development and improving the quality of life for communities. It is essential to support and enhance these funds through the development of policies and programs that promote participation and work to enhance economic and social sustainability for communities. | ||||
