Abstract | ||||
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى رصد رؤية الخبراء لمستقبل تأثير دور خوارزميات الذكاء الاصطناعي في إدارة منشورات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في فترات الأزمات خلال العقد 2024-2034؛ وذلك للكشف عن التغيرات المستقبلية التي قد تؤثر على هذا التأثير على مستويات سياسة هذه المنصات، وصانعي المحتوى، والمستخدمين، وتأثير الهيئات والمنظمات الدولية، فضلًا عن تأثير التطورات التقنية، والتكنولوجية في هذا الصدد، وذلك من خلال تطبيق أسلوب دلفي لاستطلاع رأي عينة من الخبراء قوامها 30 خبيرًا في مجال الإعلام الرقمي بواقع 10 خبراء لكل من الأكاديميين، والممارسين للإعلام الرقمي، فضلًا عن خبراء في مجال معالجة البيانات والمعلومات والذكاء الاصطناعي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، منها، أن تأثير خوارزميات الذكاء الاصطناعي في إدارة منشورات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي هو نتاج مجموعة من العوامل المتشابكة هي المحتوى، والأزمة، والعوامل التقنية، ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وملاكها، وقد أشار الخبراء إلى هذا التأثير يزداد خلال الأزمات السياسية، وقد جاء تطبيق فيس بوك في مقدمة التطبيقات التي تؤدي سياستها إلى تحيز فيما يتم نشره أثناء الأزمات، وتوقع الخبراء حدوث عدد من التغيرات المستقبلية التي ستؤثر على دور خوارزميات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي خلال الأزمات، فعلى مستوى المستخدم ستتراجع ثقتهم في منشورات وسائل التواصل، وعلى مستوى صناع المحتوى توقع الخبراء انصرافهم عن وسائل التواصل الحالية والبحث عن بدائل أكثر دقة وموضوعية، وفيما يتعلق بتأثير تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي توقع الخبراء أن تؤدي تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي إلى تقليل سيطرة ملاك وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وزيادة دور المستخدم في التحكم بالمحتوى، وتأسيس منصات شخصية وفقًا لاحتياجاته، كما أكد الخبراء ضرورة الاهتمام بالتربية الإعلامية الرقمية لزيادة وعي المستخدمين بكيفية عمل هذه الوسائل، وكيفية التعامل معها. | ||||
