| Abstract | ||||
| هذا البحث بعنوان :" مدي مشروعية أداء الحقوق الاجتماعية بوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي - التهنئة والتعزية والنعي نموذجا - من منظور الفقه الإسلامي ". ويمثل هذا البحث حلا لمشكلة اجتماعية كبيرة ، ومتكررة في حياة الناس اليومية فاقتضت سنة الحياة تقلب أحوال الناس بين فرح وترح وبين مولود ومفقود لا تدوم حياتهم علي حال واحدة والإنسان مدني بطبعه لا يستطيع أن ينعزل عن المجتمع الذي يعيش فيه . ومع كثرة الحقوق الاجتماعية وتكرارها يوميا ، ولا يمكن لبحث في حجم بحثي هذا حصرها فقد قصرت البحث علي أهمها ، وهي التي تتعلق بالأسرة أو الأقارب أو الجيران أو الزملاء في العمل أو المجتمع ، ومع كثرة شواغل الحياة ، ومع هذا لخضم الهائل من المناسبات اليومية ، فقد أصبحت عبأ ومسؤولية عظيمة فاقتضت طبيعة الحال الاستعانة بوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لتيسيرها علي الناس تطبيقا لمبدأ التيسير في الشريعة الإسلامية. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها من خلال البحث : مشروعية التعزية والتهنئة والنعي ، ومشروعية عيادة المرضي المصابون بالأمراض المعدية والوبائية بل استحبابها من خلال مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي عند تعذر الحضور الحقيقي .ومن أهم التوصيات ضرورة تنمية الوعي لدي الناس بأضرار مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وضرورة وضع حد لانتهاك الخصوصية من خلالها وكذا وضع حد لازدراء الأديان ونشر الفكر المتطرف والتطاول علي ثوابت الدين الإسلامي . This research is entitled: “The extent of the legitimacy of implementing social rights through social media,” congratulations, condolences, and media “from the presentation of Islamic jurisprudence.” This research represents a solution for a large social community, and an annual problem is repeated in people’s lives. A year of life has passed, people’s conditions fluctuate between joy, travel, being born, and missing. Their lives do not last in one state, and a civil person by nature cannot isolate himself from the society in which he lives. With the abundance of social rights and their repetition on a daily basis, and it is not possible for a study in this volume of research to limit them, I have limited the research to the most important of them, which are related to the family, relatives, neighbors, colleagues at work, or society, and with the many concerns of life, and despite this, due to the huge number of daily occasions, I have It has become a great burden and responsibility, so the nature of the situation necessitated the use of social media to make it easier for people in application of the principle of facilitation in Islamic law. Accordingly, people are daily between the mourner, the well-wisher, the patient's returnee, and so on, and by performing these social rights, familiarity, affection, love, and mercy persist between people, and they are commanded by law. Among the most important findings that I reached through research: the legitimacy of condolences, congratulations, and obituaries, and the legitimacy of clinics for patients suffering from infectious and epidemic diseases, and even the desirability of them through social networking sites when physical attendance is not possible. Among the most important recommendations is the necessity of developing awareness among people of the harms of social networking sites, and the necessity of putting an end to To violate privacy through it, as well as to put an end to contempt of religions, the spread of extremist thought, and attacks on the principles of the Islamic religion. | ||||
