| Abstract | ||||
| يستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على توافر القيادة السامة بأبعادها (الإشراف المسيء، القيادة الاستبدادية، النرجسية، تعزيز الذات، التقلب) وكذلك مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي بأبعاده (الالتزام العاطفي، الالتزام الاستمراري، الالنزام المعياري). وتحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيري البحث تمثل مجتمع البحث في العاملين بالمستويات الإدارية المختلفة. ولقد توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها أن هناك علاقة عكسية معنوية قوية بين متغير القيادة السامة ومتغير الالتزام التنظيمي. بدأ الباحث بعرض مقدمة عن القيادة الفعالة هي مساهم أساسي في نجاح أي منظمة، فإذا كنت مهتمًا بالقيادة، فإن فهم ما يعنيه هذا المصطلح يمكن أن يكون مفيدًا لك. وفي هذه الدراسة، نوضح تعريف القيادة وتعريف القائد، وأهمية القيادة، وخصائص القيادة، و نظريات القيادة، وأنواع القيادة. وبعدها تطرق الي مسؤولية القيادة الاستراتيجية في المجتمع وعرفها علي انها بشكل عام : هي القدرة في التأثير على الآخرين وتوجيه سلوكهم لتحقيق أهداف مشتركة. ولخص كلاً من القائد و المدير في نقاط عدة حتى نتعرف على الفرق. وسرد تتعدد المهارات القيادية وتختلف من قائد لآخر وتنقسم إلى: مهارات فطرية وهي المهارات الذاتية التي تمثل نقطة قوة القائد التي يبني من خلالها جميع المهارات الأُخرى، فإذا كان القائد يتميز بتفكير سليم، وعقل مُدبر، ويتسم بالتخطيط والإبداع فهذا يحفز من تعلم المهارات الأخرى بكافة الطرق مثل: اتخاذ الدورات التعليمية، والدراسة في الكُتب الإلكترونية. وعرفها انها هى وظيفة تنفيذ الأعمال عن طريق الآخرين باستخدام التخطيط والتنظيم والتوجيه والرقابة، وذلك من أجل تحقيق أهداف المنظمة بكفاءة وفاعلية، مع مراعاة المؤثرات الداخلية والخارجية. ومنها الإطار النظري للقيادة الأخلاقية وجودة بيئة العمل بأنها:" التوضيح العملي للسلوك المناسب طبيعياً من خلال التصرفات الشخصية والعلاقات التفاعلية وتعزيز هذا السلوك لدى العاملين من خلال الاتصال باتجاهين واتخاذ القرار". وأخيرا ختم ومن خلال تسليط الضوء علي المتغيرات التي تم الاعتماد عليها تم تصميم نموذج وصفي يعبر عن هيكل العلاقات بين هذه المتغيرات ويتبين ذلك من القيادة السامة والاداء التنظيمي ووضع جدول يختوي علي مجموعة منالتساؤلات لاستخراج نسبة مؤية يمكن من خلالها الحكم علي القيادة في المنظمة محل الدراسة مع الاداء التنظيمي الخاص بها. ولقد أشار البحث إلى عدد من التوصيات من أهمها: اختبار القيادات الإدارية الذين تتوافر لديهم سمات القيادة الفاعلة، التي تعمل على خلق المناخ الأخلاقي الإيجابي لتعزيز الثقة المتبادلة، والرغبة في مساعدة الآخرين، وتقديم المصلحة العامة على المصلحة الشخصية، والحرص على رفاهية المرؤوسين والزملاء والمنظمة The current research aims to identify the availability of toxic leadership in its dimensions (abusive supervision, authoritarian leadership, narcissism, self-enhancement, volatility) as well as the level of organizational commitment in its dimensions (emotional commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment). Determining the nature of the relationship between the two research variables represents the research community among employees at different administrative levels. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which is that there is a strong significant inverse relationship between the toxic leadership variable and the organizational commitment variable. The researcher began by presenting an introduction to effective leadership. Effective leadership is an essential contributor to the success of any organization. If you are interested in leadership, understanding what this term means can be useful to you. In this study, we explain the definition of leadership, the definition of a leader, the importance of leadership, characteristics of leadership, theories of leadership, and types of leadership. Then he touched on the responsibility of strategic leadership in society and defined it as, in general, the ability to influence others and direct their behavior to achieve common goals. He summarized both the leader and the manager in several points so that we can understand the difference. He listed that leadership skills are numerous and vary from one leader to another and are divided into: innate skills, which are the intrinsic skills that represent the leader’s strength through which he builds all other skills. If the leader is characterized by sound thinking, a mastermind, and is characterized by planning and creativity, this stimulates learning of other skills in all ways. Such as: taking educational courses, and studying electronic books. He defined it as the function of carrying out work through others using planning, organization, direction and control, in order to achieve the organization’s objectives efficiently and effectively, taking into account internal and external influences. Among them is the theoretical framework for ethical leadership and the quality of the work environment as: “the practical clarification of naturally appropriate behavior through personal actions and interactive relationships and the promotion of this behavior among employees through two-way communication and decision-making.” Finally, in conclusion, by highlighting the variables that were relied upon, a descriptive model was designed that expresses the structure of the relationships between these variables, which is evident from toxic leadership and organizational performance, and a table was developed containing a set of questions to extract a percentage through which leadership in the organization under study can be judged.
