| Abstract | ||||
| تعد دراسة جودة الحياة المهنية ذات أهمية كبيرة بالنسبة للإدارة ، فعن طريقه نتعرف على مشاعر الأفراد واتجاهاتهم المتعددة نحو مختلف جوانب عملهم ، ويتم بذلك التعرف على جوانب القصور ومحاولة تلافيها ، ويتم أيضاً معرفة المشكلات التي تهم الأفراد العاملين لوضع الحلول المناسبة التي تكفل التقدم ، وزيادة الإنتاجية ، والجودة العالية في تقديم الخدمات . وجودة الحياة المهنية من المفاهيم التي تعبر عن سياسات التغيير والتطوير التنظيمي لتخفف من حالات التوتر والقلق التي سادت بين العاملين خوفاً من الاستغناء عنهم أو تخفيضاً للمزايا الاجتماعية المقدمة لهم ، أو تخفيضاً لأجورهم بجانب حرص تلك المنظمات على تحقيق الرضا المهني المؤثر على التزام العاملين ، ومن ثم تعظيم أهمية استخدام وترشيد أداء الموارد البشرية واعتبارها إحدى الاستراتيجيات الفعالة في تدعيم التميز التنافسي لمنظمات الأعمال . أهداف البحث : التعرف علي الفروق بين أفراد العينة في جودة الحياة المهنية لذوي الإعاقة تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة . التوصل للعلاقة بين جودة الحياة المهنية لذوي الإعاقة ومتغيرات الدراسة . التعرف على نسبة مشاركة العوامل المؤثرة على جودة الحياة المهنية لذوي الإعاقة . تحديد أولوية أبعاد جودة الحياة المهنية لذوي الإعاقة . توصل البحث الي : وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في جودة الحياة المهنية لذوي الإعاقة تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة . وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين محاور مقياس جودة الحياة المهنية لذوي الإعاقة ومتغيرات الدراسة . اختلاف نسبة مشاركة العوامل المؤثرة على جودة الحياة المهنية لذوي الإعاقة . اختلاف الأوزان النسبية لأولوية أبعاد جودة الحياة المهنية لذوي الإعاقة . وأوصي البحث بــ : اقامة دورات تدريبية لتنمية مهارات وقدرات ذوي الإعاقة للعمل على تحسين جودة حياتهم المهنية . التوعية بأهمية إثراء الجانب المعرفي من خلال النظريات العملية لجودة الحياة المهنية لذوي الإعاقة. ابراز دور الجهات الإدارية في وزارة الموارد البشرية في الاهتمام بتوفير جودة الحياة المهنية للعاملين . Studying the quality of professional life is of great importance for management, as through it we learn about individuals’ feelings and their various attitudes towards various aspects of their work, and thus we identify shortcomings and try to avoid them, and we also learn about the problems that concern working individuals in order to develop appropriate solutions that ensure progress and increased productivity. And high quality in providing services. The quality of professional life is one of the concepts that express the policies of change and organizational development to alleviate the situations of tension and anxiety that prevailed among workers for fear of being laid off or a reduction in the social benefits provided to them, or a reduction in their wages, in addition to the keenness of these organizations to achieve professional satisfaction that affects the commitment of workers, and then Maximizing the importance of using and rationalizing the performance of human resources and considering it as one of the effective strategies in enhancing the competitive excellence of business organizations. research aims : 1- Identifying the differences between sample members in the quality of professional life for people with disabilities according to the variables of the study. 2- Finding the relationship between the quality of professional life for people with disabilities and the variables of the study. 3- Identify the participation rate of factors affecting the quality of professional life for people with disabilities. 4- Determine the priority of the dimensions of the quality of professional life for people with disabilities. The search found : 1- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample members in the quality of professional life for people with disabilities depending on the variables of the study. 2- There is a correlation between the axes of the quality of professional life scale for people with disabilities and the variables of the study. 3- The difference in the participation rate of factors affecting the quality of professional life for people with disabilities. 4- Differences in the relative weights of the priority dimensions of the quality of professional life for people with disabilities. I recommend searching for : 1- Holding training courses to develop the skills and abilities of people with disabilities to work on improving the quality of their professional lives. 2- Raising awareness of the importance of enriching the cognitive aspect through practical theories of the quality of professional life for people with disabilities. 3- Highlighting the role of the administrative authorities in the Ministry of Human Resources in providing the quality of professional life for employees. | ||||
