| Abstract | ||||
| تبرز أهمية البحث في كونه مختصًا بالمرأة التي هي شطر المكلفين بالأحكام الشرعية ومختصًا بأحكامها المالية، والمال هو قوام الحياة, كما تأتي أهمية الموضوع كذلك من دقة المسائل محل البحث . أما أسباب اختياري للموضوع الرغبة الجادة في جمع شتات مسائل المرأة في الأحكام المالية الخاصة بالصدقة والنفقات، تلك المسائل المتناثرة في ثنايا الكتب الفقهية، ولا يخفى أن جمع المتفرق أحد مقاصد البحث, كما أنه لا توجد دراسات جمعت شتات الأحكام المالية الخاصة بالمرأة. وهدفت الدراسة إلى بيان زكاة مؤخر الصداق, وكذلك نفقة الزوجة العاملة برضا وإذن زوجها. واتبع البحث المنهـج الاستقرائي, وذلك من خلال تتبع الأقوال والآراء الواردة في المسألة؛ ثم المنهج التحليلي لدراسة تلك النصوص والأقوال وتحليلها وبيان الرأي الراجح. The importance of the research is highlighted in the fact that it is specialized in women, who are the part of those charged with Sharia rulings, and specializing in their financial rulings, and money is the basis of life. The importance of the topic also comes from the accuracy of the issues under research. As for the reasons for my choice of the topic, it is the serious desire to collect the dispersed issues of women in the financial rulings related to charity and expenses, those issues that are scattered throughout the folds of jurisprudential books, and it is no secret that gathering the dispersed is one of the goals of the research, just as there are no studies that collected the dispersed financial rulings related to women. The study aimed to explain the zakat on the deferred dowry, as well as the maintenance of the working wife with the consent and permission of her husband. The research followed the inductive approach, by tracking the statements and opinions contained in the issue. Then the analytical approach to study these texts and sayings, analyze them, and state the most likely opinion. | ||||
