Abstract | ||||
The percentage of children suffering from mental and neurological disorders in the early stages of life is large with regard to the sufferers number of these disorders globally and locally, That has increased with a large percentage in recent times. This affects the child’s life, social relations, and ability to perceive and learn, and one of those disorders that has witnessed a noticeable increase in the incidence of it is attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, which 7% of school students suffer from . Which necessitated the need to find solutions and modern methods for helping children with ADHD in order to face learning difficulties. New technologies and emerging publishing techniques are now being applied to increase educational effectiveness. In this research, we discuss and analyze the possibility of using immersive virtual reality environments which are designed in three dimensions as an educational and rehabilitative tool for children with ADHD, and determine the extent of their impact and ability to acquire the child's attention and cognition during the stages of the educational process in an attempt to overcome the learning difficulties of this category In this research, we conducted an analytical survey study of a number of foreign research and studies that confirmed the effectiveness of virtual reality environments as a rehabilitation and therapeutic means for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in Egypt and determining whether virtual environments have been used and activated as a therapeutic and educational method for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in Egypt. | ||||
