| Abstract | ||||
| The interior design of housing and public facilities is considered vital in improving the quality of life of people with special needs and facilitating their living. Interior design can help in this regard through several ways, including, for example, accessibility from one place to another. The housing or public facility must be designed so that it is Easy to access for them, such as providing special entrances for wheelchairs and designing doors and corridors so that they are wide enough for easy movement, it can also help by allocating spaces; Interior spaces must be designed to meet the needs of people with disabilities, such as providing large spaces for movement, orientation, and optimal positioning of furniture and equipment. The interior design must also be designed to be safe for all residents, while providing additional safety measures such as automatic doors and alarm systems, and from here. It is evident to keep up with the principles of smart design that focus on meeting the needs of all individuals and helping to enhance solidarity and integration in society for the benefit of all its members. | ||||
