| Abstract | ||||
| لقد جاءت هذه الدراسة مَبنية على إعمال الروابط بين المَوضوعات الطبية (اللقاحات) وبين المبادئ العامة للصحة في النظرية الطبية الإسلامية، بمستوياتها الثلاث:(الصحة الذاتية، والعلاجية والوقائية) التي مبناها: المُوازنة والشُمولية، من ناحية التربية الصحية؛ لما تَتَمتَع بِـهِ من خصائص، أساسُها: "المُوازنة" بينَ الأُمور بِوَاقعية، وأسلوب استغلال الأحداث واستثمارها بما يؤثر في إعطاء التوجيهات وضبط السُلوكِيات؛ خَاصةً إذا كانَ حَدثاً مُؤثراً على الأنفس والعقول صِحياً: كَجائحة كورونا (19COVID-)، ومَـا يَتبَعُها مِن عدوى. كما تأتي الدراسة تطبيقاً عملياً لمبادئ النظرية الطبية الإسلامية للتعامل مع فيروس جائحة كورونا (COVID-19) المستجد والمتحور؛ لأجل دفع المفاسد والأضرار، وتحقيقاً للقاعدة الأساسية والجوهرية المُستمد أصولياً ومقاصديًّا من الشريعة الإسلامية وهي:(تحقيق السلامة العامة: الجسدية، والعقلية، والنفسية)، بعيداً عن استغلال تلكم الدول الكبرى المُصنعة للقاحات، التي يَغلب عليها النظرة المادية، أو الطابع الشُهرَوي، والتبعية. أيضاً تجنباً لبعض الجهات التي تُتاجر بأرواح الناس، بتقليد اللقاحات التي رخصتها مُنظمة الصحة العالمية، سواء اسماً، أو وصفاً أو عبوتاً، أو خواصاً، أو بلد المنتج تدليساً؛ لجمع الأموال، دون النظر لسلامة الناس وأرواحهم؛ وفقَ مبادئ عامة منها: مبدأ: (إرادة المريض وإذنه بالعلاج أو رفضه) موازنة مع مبدأ:(أخذ الحيطة والحذر). مبدأ:(الأولويات). This study was based on establishing the links between medical topics (vaccinations) and the general principles of health in Islamic medical theory, with its three levels: (self-health, curative and preventive) whose foundation is: balance and comprehensiveness, in terms of health education; Because of the characteristics it possesses, the basis of which is: “balancing matters realistically” and the method of exploiting events and investing in them in a way that affects giving directions and controlling behaviors. Especially if it is an event that affects souls and minds in terms of health: such as the Corona pandemic (COVID-19), and the infection that follows it. The study also comes as a practical application of the principles of Islamic medical theory to deal with the new and mutated Corona pandemic virus (COVID-19). In order to prevent corruption and damage, and to achieve the basic and fundamental rule derived fundamentally and purposefully from Islamic law, which is: (achieving public safety: physical, mental, and psychological), away from the exploitation of those major countries that manufacture vaccines, which are dominated by a materialistic outlook, or a monthly nature, and subordination. Also to avoid some parties that trade in people’s lives, by fraudulently imitating vaccines licensed by the World Health Organization, whether in name, description, packaging, properties, or the country of the product; To collect money, without regard to the safety of people and their lives; According to general principles, including: the principle: (the patient’s will and his permission for treatment or his refusal) balanced with the principle: (taking caution).
