The two relationship models were tested using the structural equation modeling method by (AMOS V.25) program using a five Likert scale with a response rate of approximately 90%. The results showed that organizational immune systems have a significant positive effect on crisis management strategies in the two samples, as well as conducting a test of comparative models, it was concluded that there are no differences in the relationships between the two societies. At the end of the research and based on the research results, the researcher suggested some future research that could be conducted concerning the research model variables. | ||||
