| Abstract | ||||
| علم علل الحديث من أهم علوم الحديث النبوي وأدقها، وأجلها؛ لذا بات التمكن فيه، والإتقان له، والتعمق في مسائله، والأخذ بناصيته دليلًا على الإتقان والتمكن في علوم الحديث عامة عند أهل الصناعة الحديثية؛ تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان قرائن تصحيح وجهي الخلاف على المدار عند الإمام الحاكم في كتابه المستدرك، وهذا له أثره المهم والمفيد في الإحاطة بعلم العلل، والإلمام بقضاياه، والاطلاع على مناهج المتقدمين في التعامل مع المرويات المعلّة. وقد تعرضت لتعريف العلة، وبينت طرق كشفها، وأهم قرائن الترجيح، وقرائن تصحيح الوجهين في كتاب المستدرك، ثم ترجمت للإمام الحاكم ترجمة مختصرة. وعَرَّفْتُ بكتاب المستدرك، للإمام الحاكم موضحًا أهميته، ومنهج مؤلفه، وبعض مميزاته. ثم تناولت المواضع التي صحح الحاكم فيها الوجهين، وهي أربعة، قمت خلالها بتخريج الأحاديث على الوجوه، وكذا التخريج على المتابعات. كما ترجمت للرواة ترجمة وافية بحسب ما اطلعت عليه من كتب التراجم والطبقات والكتب المساعدة في بيان أحوال الرواة؛ والغرض من ذلك الوصول إلى تحرير القول في الراوي، والنظر في حاله للحكم عليه بحسب ما قرائن الترجيح. Abstract: The science of the reasons for hadith is one of the most important, most accurate, and most important sciences of the Prophet’s hadith. Therefore, mastery of it, mastery of it, delving into its issues, and adhering to its cornerstones have become evidence of mastery and mastery in the sciences of hadith in general among the people of the hadith industry. The study aims to show evidence of correcting the two sides of disagreement over the narrator according to Imam Al-Hakim in his book Al-Mustadrak, and this has an important and useful impact in understanding the science of reasons, familiarity with its issues, and acquaintance with the approaches of the predecessors in dealing with reasoned narrations. I presented the definition of the cause, showed the methods of detecting it, the most important evidence of weighting, and the evidence of correcting the two aspects in the book Al-Mustadrak. Then I translated a brief translation for Imam Al-Hakim, and introduced the book Al-Mustadrak, by Imam Al-Hakim, explaining its importance, the approach of its author, and some of its features. Then I discussed the places in which Al-Hakim corrected the two aspects. There are four of them, during which I graduated the hadiths according to their meanings, as well as the chapters according to the follow-ups. I also gave a comprehensive translation for the narrators according to what I reviewed from the books of biographies, classes, and books that help in explaining the conditions of the narrators. The purpose of this is to arrive at an edited statement about the narrator, and to look at his condition in order to judge him according to the evidence of preference. | ||||
