Transformational leadership characterized by the ability to inspire and motivate followers towards achieving higher levels of performance and fostering significant organizational change, is grounded in various psychological and sociological theories. Transformational leaders are characterized by their ability to articulate a compelling vision, provide intellectual stimulation, and offer personalized support to their followers. In today's fast-paced and complex business landscape, transformational leadership is increasingly recognized for its effectiveness in enhancing organizational performance, promoting employee engagement, and cultivating a resilient and adaptable workforce capable of meeting contemporary challenges. Through a comprehensive literature review and analysis, the paper highlights the critical role transformational leadership plays in navigating the complexities of today's rapidly changing business environments, offering insights into how leaders can effectively drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement. | ||||
