يعتبر علم أصول الفقه من العلوم الإسلامية الهامة التي لا يستغني عنها فقيهٌ ولا طالب علم، فهو الطريق إلى فهم النصوص واستخراج الأحكام الشرعية منها فالعلاقة مترابطة بين علوم الشريعة.
وكتاب "مرآة الأصول في شرح مرقاة الأصول”مع أصله "مرقاة الوصول إلى علم الأصول في أصول الفقه”لملّا خسرو من أهم الكتب الأصولية في المذهب الحنفي، وقد اهتم العلماء بكتاب "مرآة الأصول في شرح مرقاة الأصول”شرحًا، وتعليقًا، وتقريرًا، ومن أولئك العلماء الإمام أبي نعيم أحمد بن مصطفى بن عثمان الخادمي وذلك بالشرح والتعليق عليه حيث كان يدرس كتاب المرآة ثم ألف هذه الحاشية نتيجة تدريسه لمرآة الأصول.
ويعرض هذا البحث لمنهج أبي نعيم الخادمي في حاشيته ”مرقاة الحصول“ وذلك من خلال مقدمة، وخمسة مطالب وخاتمة كان من أهم النتائج المسطورة بها: أن المؤلف اعتنى بالرجوع للمصادر الأصيلة في مختلف الفنون كالأصول، والفقه، والتفسير، والحديث، وعلم الكلام، والمنطق، والنحو، واللغة, كما اهتم بإيراد الخلاف الأصولي داخل المذهب الحنفي، والخلاف مع المذاهب الأخرى, بل وذكر الخلاف بين الصحابة M في بعض المواطن, كما اهتم المؤلف بالنقل عن كثير من العلماء، ويذكرهم بالاسم، وقد يشير للكتاب، ونقله في الغالب بالحرف، وأحيانًا ينقل بالمعنى, وينسب بعض الأقوال الواردة في المرآة بلفظ "قيل”إلى قائليها, مع إيراد الاعتراضات والإجابة عنها, والتنبيه على بعض ما وقع فيه صاحب المرآة من وهم أو غلط, ومما يؤخذ على المؤلف الإكثار من استخدام الأساليب المنطقية.

And the book "The mirror of assets in the explanation of the assets marker”with its origin "the promotion of access to the science of assets in the principles of jurisprudence”by Mullah Khusraw of the most important books fundamentalist in the Hanafi school, scientists have been interested in the book "mirror assets in the explanation of the assets marker”explanation, commentary, and report, and those scholars Imam Abu Naim Ahmed bin Mustafa bin Othman Khadimi and that explanation and comment on it where he was studying the book mirror and then wrote this footnote as a result of teaching the mirror assets
This research presents the approach of Abu Naim Al-Khadimi in his footnote "Marqat Al-Hossoul”through an introduction, five demands and a conclusion, one of the most important results of which was: The author took care of referring to the original sources in various arts such as assets, jurisprudence, interpretation, hadith, theology, logic, grammar, and language, as he was interested in listing the fundamentalist dispute within the Hanafi school, and disagreement with other sects, and even mentioned the dispute between the Companions in some citizens, as the author was interested in quoting many scholars, and reminds them by name, and may refer to the book, and transfer it mostly by letter, and sometimes convey the meaning, Some of the sayings contained in the mirror are attributed with the word "said”to those who say it, with the inclusion of objections and answering them, and warning on some of the illusion or error that occurred in the owner of the mirror, and it is taken on the author to use a lot of logical methods. |
