| Abstract | ||||
| يركز البحث على أهم وأبرز التطورات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان على المستوى العالمى فيتناول الحديث عن ماهية حقوق الإنسان وتطور الإهتمام بقضية الفرد وحقوقه سواءً على نطاق الوثاق والاتفاقيات الدولية التى اهتمت بهذا الجانب،علاوة على تسليط الضوء على أهم الآليات الدولية العالمية لحماية حقوق وحريات الإنسان،مع تسليط الضوء كذلك على آليات الرقابة الدولية لضمان حسن كفالة هذه الحقوق والحيلولة دون انتهاكها. Abstract: The research focuses on the most important and prominent international developments in human rights at the global level. It discusses the nature of human rights and the development of interest in the issue of the individual and his rights, whether on the scope of international documents and agreements that are concerned with this aspect, in addition to shedding light on the most important international global mechanisms for protecting human rights and freedoms, while also shedding light on international oversight mechanisms to ensure the proper guarantee of these rights and prevent their violation. | ||||
