| Abstract | ||||
| ان قضية تطوير وتحسين الأداء أصبحت من أهم القضايا التي تلقى المزيد من الاهتمام والخصوصية في غالبية دول العالم, استناداً إلى أن تطوير وتحسين الأداء يمثل أهم عناصر الفعالية التنظيمية, وبالتالي فعالية منظمات المجتمع ومؤسساته بشكل عام, ولهذا نجد تطويراً مستمراً في المداخل الإدارية التي تستهدف التوصل إلى الأساليب الإدارية التي تُمكن من تطوير وتحسين جودة الأداء في مختلف المؤسسات الخدمية والإنتاجية, وتساهم إلى حد كبير في تحقيق هذا الهدف وتدعيمه.
