| Abstract | ||||
| يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة العلاقة الارتباطية بين خبرات الإساءة في الطفولة وسمات الشخصية الحدية والأعراض الاكتئابية، وذلك على عينة من الأزواج والزوجات في المجتمع المصري بمتوسط عمري (45,51 سنة) وانحراف معياري (12,55) حيث بلغ أفراد العينة 204 مشاركا (بنسبة 55,2% من الذكور و44,8% من الإناث) أجابوا على مقياس خبرات الإساءة في الطفولة إعداد لطفي (2022) ، ومقياس سمات اضطراب الشخصية الحدية للباحثة، وقائمة بيك للاكتئاب .. لتظهر نتائج الدراسة: أولا: وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين خبرات الإساءة في الطفولة وسمات اضطراب الشخصية الحدية والأعراض الاكتئابية. ثانيا: وجود تأثير إيجابي لخبرات الإساءة في الطفولة على كل من سمات الشخصية الحدية والأعراض الاكتئابية، وعند دراسة أشكال الإساءة في الطفولة: كانت الإساءة النفسية هي المنبئ الوحيد بكل من سمات الشخصية الحدية والأعراض الاكتئابية. ثالثا: وجود فروق في خبرات الإساءة فى الطفولة ترجع إلى الحالة الصحية والمستوى التعليمي. لتوصي الدراسة بضرورة مراعاة العوامل البيئية والشخصية عند تقديم برامج التدخل الموجة إلى الأزواج والزوجات للحد من الصراعات والأعراض الاكتئابية المصاحبة لها. The present study tried to examine the relationship among childhood abuse experiences, borderline personality features and depressive symptoms. It further explored a proposed path analysis model of those relationships, suggesting a mediating role of borderline personality features in that relationship. A 204-community sample of Egyptian couples (M= 45.51, Std= 12.55) participated in the study. They completed the Childhood Abuse Scale, by Lutfi (2022), the Borderline Personality Features Scale, prepared by the researcher, the Arabic version of Beck Depression Inventory. Study results revealed that there are positive correlations among childhood abuse experiences, borderline personality features and depressive symptoms. They also showed that there are negative effects of childhood abuse experiences on both borderline personality features and depressive symptoms. Among the various forms of childhood abuse, psychological abuse has emerged as the strongest predictor of adult borderline personality features and adult depressive symptoms. Last, significant differences in childhood abuse experiences due to health conditions and education levels have been revealed. The findings underscore the importance of considering both environmental and personal factors when developing intervention programs for couples to reduce marital conflicts and associated depressive symptoms. | ||||
