| Abstract | ||||
| The study aims to introduce the importance and effectiveness of the dashboard as a source for displaying information about the institutions participating in the Egypt Award for Government Excellence (Distinguished Governmental Institution category) by analyzing the information panel of the Faculty of Arts, Menoufia University, its components, the steps for uploading it, and developing proposals to benefit from it. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used, which is concerned with investigating opinions and identifying trends, with the aim of defining the phenomenon of the study. Content analysis was also used as a main tool for analyzing the information panel of the Faculty of Arts, Menoufia University. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the importance of dashboards in extracting information and displaying it in easy-to-use ways, and thus it is an unconventional information source for information about any organization. The information panel for the Faculty of Arts file on the Egypt Award for Government Excellence website included information about the entity and capabilities, performance indicators, evaluation criteria, percentages of distribution of performance indicators according to type, and percentages of completion of the axes. The study also showed that the “Distinguished Institution Award” page on the award’s website links the names of the criteria, capabilities, performance indicators, and supporting evidence in order to show the percentages and numbers of everything uploaded on the award page on the dashboard (information panel) of the College of Arts file. | ||||
