Abstract | ||||
This study aims to identify the role of organization core competencies (organizing and physical resources, human capital, strategic management) and its entrepreneurial orientation (innovative orientation, proactive orientation, risk taking) in enhancing customer citizenship behavior, in Egypt air training academy, as one of the most important factors in developing the tourism professional sector. The study uses the analytical descriptive approach whose tools and methods described the study quantitatively and qualitatively. The study rises a number of recommendations to improve the academy core competencies and its entrepreneurial orientation, and enhance its customer citizenship behavior. | ||||
